Responsibilities

Own the recruitment process from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding
Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers, supporting current and future workforce needs
Consult with leaders on role scoping, market trends, and hiring strategies
Provide guidance on compensation recommendations and lead offer negotiations
Actively source and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
Conduct structured interviews and partner with hiring teams to drive timely, informed hiring decisions
Track and report key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and time-to-hire
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, systems, and automation
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across talent acquisition and onboarding
Promote Pharmaron as an employer of choice within the life sciences community

Required

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years as an internal recruiter
Proven experience recruiting scientific and technical talent within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences environments
Hands-on experience with sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume or high-complexity hiring environments
Experience improving recruitment processes and systems; graduate recruitment experience is a plus
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment best practices
Advanced experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
Ability to effectively communicate with and understand scientific and technical stakeholders
Strong relationship-building and consultative skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to influence decisions
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proven negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
