Client Relationship Manager-Corporate

Responsibilities
Manages all aspects of specific sponsored plans, maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, and help to contribute to increased profitability
Ensures seamless day-to-day operations and timely delivery of periodic processing events
Applies operational best practices to ensure that plan runs efficiently and according to specific client needs
Enriches service delivery, manages risk, improves efficiency and quality
Liaison between internal/external groups who support the operation of clients plan such as Central Services, Customer Contact Center, Compliance, Financial Control, Pricing & Trading and Trust
Actively participates in sponsor calls and meetings
Support sales opportunity which involves onsite sales presentation
Qualification
Required
5+ years financial services industry experience
Customer Services experience/skills
Experience with managing highly sensitive and key at risk clients
Preferred
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent
