Responsibilities

Responsible for documentation in the patient s MR, per program s policies and procedures

Participates in case conferences, staff meetings, case presentations, supervision and on-site/off-site trainings as assigned

Responsible for transporting youth to and from program

Maintains established departmental and hospital policies and procedures/objectives, including confidentiality, crisis management, cultural sensitivity, etc

Qualification

Associates DegreeBachelor DegreeYouthBehavioral health knowledge

Required

Associates Degree with a Psychology, Social Work or health care related field

Valid NJ Driver's license without restrictions

Preferred

Bachelor Degree preferred

Prefer individuals with prior experience working with youth ages 6-18 years of age that are experiencing behavioral health symptoms that impede their ability to be successful
