Accounting Supervisor
Responsibilities
M&A Accounting Leadership: Perform financial due diligence and post-acquisition review of working capital. Coordinate integration of financial systems and processes for smooth transitions
ERP Expertise: Act as SAP ERP subject matter expert, driving improvements, upgrades, and implementations to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports
Audit Support: Prepare schedules and respond to auditor inquiries during external audits
Account Reconciliation: Review journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations for month-end and year-end close
Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal accounting policies
Team Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and daily oversight to accounting staff, fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
Proficiency in SAP
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
Preferred
CPA preferred but not required
