Site Manager
Vitality Living is seeking a Site Manager to ensure customer service and operational standards are met through effective staffing and team management. The role involves motivating a team, managing schedules, and overseeing daily performance of Patient Sitter teams.

Responsibilities
Maintain proper staffing levels at all times to ensure customer service and operating standards are met through scheduling and managing on-call employees
Motivate and empower a team to provide world-class hospitality
Attracting, hiring, and retaining a diverse team of top talent
Train, coach, and develop direct reports
Create and manage the schedule
Perform Patient Sitter tasks where/when needed
Oversee Patient Sitter teams’ daily performance
Qualification
Required
A minimum of One year of manager or supervisor experience is required
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Adaptability to flex to changing priorities and expectations
Adaptability to work a flexible, full-time schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
Ability to effectively build relationships with patients, guests, and team members
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Three years of manager or supervisor experience preferred
Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred)
Associates or higher is preferred
