Recruiter (Temp to Perm)
Omada Search is partnering with a growing organization in the HVAC distribution space to add a Recruiter to support ongoing hiring needs across the business. This full-time, remote role involves managing full-cycle recruiting for various roles and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across operations, sales, corporate, and leadership functions
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles
Source, screen, and interview candidates using a mix of job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive outreach
Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process
Provide guidance to hiring managers on market conditions, candidate availability, and best practices
Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience from first touch through offer
Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records in the ATS
Support employer branding and recruiting process improvements as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
Comfortable managing multiple requisitions at once
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
Preferred
Experience recruiting in distribution, manufacturing, skilled trades, or related industries strongly preferred
Florida-based candidates strongly preferred
