Responsibilities
Centralize creative performance analysis to identify performance trends and relevant insights
Develop and own processes for creative operations, from development to launch to reporting
Partner with channel managers to develop creative roadmaps and testing strategies across paid social channels
Work closely with the in-house media buying team to improve ways of working and reporting infrastructure
Partner with top vendors to identify testing opportunities, new alpha/betas, and other product developments that can be leveraged to help hit aggressive growth goals
Partner with Marketing Technology team to investigate and QA data & performance inconsistencies
Qualification
Required
Experience with paid social and other digital marketing channels
A BA/BS degree and 4+ years of related paid social performance marketing experience
Direct, hands-on experience managing media buying, creative optimization (Paid Social, App Display, Online Video), and strategic planning either at an agency or in-house
You have deep familiarity with CPA, CPC, CVR, and LTV
You are highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, as well as having a strong grasp of A/B testing and metrics-driven performance marketing
You have an outstanding ability to think creatively, identify, and resolve problems
You have attention to detail and the ability to effectively multitask in a deadline-driven atmosphere
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills; must be very comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make decisions
Preferred
Experience with Web & App Tracking/Attribution
Experience working on multi-sided marketplace businesses
