This role is highly hands-on and accounting-focused, with full ownership of month-end close, along with responsibility for bank reconciliations, invoicing, and payroll backup.

Responsibilities
Lead and complete month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
Maintain and manage the general ledger
Perform and review bank reconciliations
Serve as backup for payroll processing and related reconciliations
Manage and support customer invoicing and revenue tracking
Ensure proper accounting documentation and adherence to internal controls
Support day-to-day accounting operations in a lean environment
Partner with leadership to provide reliable financial information
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong hands-on accounting background with full ownership of month-end close
Experience with bank reconciliations, invoicing, and payroll support
ERP Acumatica experience required
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Preferred
Manufacturing or distribution accounting experience preferred
