Overseeing accurate Take-Off and Estimates for proposals
Project detailing and purchasing
Coordinating project execution with team members and manufacturers
Efficiently create, manage, and organize job documents
Plan, schedule, and track project timelines/milestones using bid tracking software
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and resolve scope conflicts
Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project
Qualification
Required
3+ Years experience in Door & Hardware Detailing, Estimating, and Project Management
Proven experience in project management in construction, building materials, or related industry
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused mindset
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively across departments
Personable people manager
Strong competency with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive
Strong knowledge of door and hardware products, materials, and industry standards
We are seeking candidates who are locally based in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area
Preferred
Proficiency in software tools like ComSense and Pro-Tech is preferred
