Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating cross-functional projects (e.g., Recognition programs, recognition prizes, swag programs, Tesla-Versary, special item distribution) to ensure timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are consistently met
Support multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, responding to urgent requests and assisting leaders as needed
Assist Workplace Program Managers with project updates and look ahead
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, create purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery with accurate receiving records
Analyze inventory and usage data to support quarterly ordering, identify obsolete items, and improve inventory processes
Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to support Workplace needs and cross-functional events
Qualification
Required
Experience in project coordination/management or a similar operational role. Project management skills are a must
High attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to track, review, and maintain accurate records and documentation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to analyze data to provide actionable insights
Strong interpersonal skills, able to develop channels of communication while understanding and managing professional relationships
Experience managing vendors and inventory-related financial or cost considerations
