Responsibilities
Receives and answers customer inquiries and requests regarding products, prices, shipment tracing, catalog request from fax or email
Uses computer and administrative knowledge to provide information to customers
Receives and directs inquiries from other departments regarding inside sales responsibilities
Provides office support as required
Remains current on changes in policies and procedures
Performs other clerical duties and projects assigned
Acquire skills to operate Häfele’s computer system
Ability to use MS Outlook
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret office procedures
Ability to effectively present information and respond to request from managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, proportions, percentages
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Ability to use MS Outlook
