Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team responsible for sourcing strategy development and execution

Lead the end-to-end sourcing process, including development and execution of contract plans

Develop sourcing strategies that reduce client spend and improve operational efficiency

Drive the development and delivery of measurable sourcing value for clients

Implement programs that foster a culture of continuous improvement

Ensure compliance with operating guidelines, policies, procedures, and contracting standards

Evaluate business unit performance through data gathering, analysis, and interpretation of metrics

Lead client orientation, onboarding, and training related to sourcing programs

Collaborate with legal, analytics, sales/client executives, information and data services, and operations teams

Maintain key supplier relationships and lead complex supplier negotiations to support sourcing strategies

Required

7 or more years of relevant experience required

Experience leading strategic sourcing, contracting, or supply chain initiatives within healthcare environments

Demonstrated people management and team leadership experience

Strong financial, analytical, and business acumen, including interpretation of complex financial results

Proven ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies that drive value and revenue growth

Experience managing supplier relationships and complex negotiations

Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder influence skills

Willingness to travel
