Responsibilities

Enters orders into order fulfillment system according to internal processes

Utilizes Order Notes in order fulfillment system to document issues

Confirms orders back to customers within the 48-hour timeline

Follow order through start to delivery process for high level of customer satisfaction

Coordinates with Supply Chain and Logistics/Transportation teams to ensure product availability for customer requirements

Qualification

Customer service experienceBilingual Spanish/EnglishMicrosoft OfficePeopleSoft (ERP)High school diplomaOffice administration experienceSalesMarketing experience

Required

High school diploma; associate degree in business management, sales and marketing, or related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties of the job

Export and bilingual Spanish/English language skills highly preferred

2 years of customer service or sales and marketing experience in an internal service role and 1 year of office administration experience

Working knowledge with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook Email, Word and Excel; ability to use PeopleSoft (ERP) order fulfillment application

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and a background check including employment and educational verification

Preferred

associate degree in business management, sales and marketing, or related field

Export and bilingual Spanish/English language skills
