Account Growth Specialist
SBcollective is a clean, sustainable soap distributor based in Huntington Beach, CA, seeking an Account Growth Specialist. The role involves serving as a liaison between the distributor and customers to drive account growth and sales, ensuring customers receive necessary support and resources.

Responsibilities
Serve as the point of contact for data and sales support
Data entry into customers portals such as product details
Ensure customers have everything they need to successfully sell products including product knowledge, marketing assets, displays, and supplies
Respond promptly and professionally, reinforcing strong, long-term relationships
Support onboarding of new retail partners and assist with account setup and ongoing needs
Create and customize sales decks, line sheets, and marketing presentations for wholesale partners
Support sell-in initiatives, product launches, and promotions
Help sell the company story
Maintain accurate vendor portals and internal portals
Support process improvements to help the sales function scale efficiently
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in sales support, account management, customer service, or retail/wholesale
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable creating presentations and working with basic sales and marketing materials
Confident communicator, written, verbal, and visual
Comfortable working independently and in groups
Proficient with sites Workspace, PowerPoint/Slides, Excel, or similar tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment
