Responsibilities
Develop and execute site plans, landscape designs, grading plans, and construction drawings for residential and commercial projects
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, cohesive design solutions
Manage project documentation and support coordination throughout the design and construction phases
Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge and expertise in Site Development and Landscape Architecture
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent professional experience
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant tools
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Professional licensure in Landscape Architecture, or eligibility to obtain licensure
