Holy Cross Health, part of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is seeking an experienced Director to oversee their Quality, Risk Management, and Patient Safety team. This role involves providing oversight for two campuses and working collaboratively to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Required

Graduate from an accredited nursing program: BSN required; MSN preferred

Current Registered Nurse license by Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State required

Prior relevant leadership experience required

Certifications aligned with area of responsibility required

Must be authorized to work in the United States without work visa or sponsorship

Preferred

Minimum 5 years of RN experience preferred
