Partnerships & Events Lead – Human Resources
Kelly is seeking a talented Partnerships & Events Lead to join their Global Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on building coalitions, leading strategic programs, and managing complex vendor ecosystems to drive diversity and talent acquisition initiatives through influential leadership and collaboration.

Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional talent acquisition projects, manage program budgets and risks, drive organizational change, and align initiatives with strategic diversity and inclusion objectives
Identify, measure, manage, and hold accountable external sourcing vendors. Oversee SLAs, KPIs, QBRs, dashboards, and issue resolution; build relationships with key suppliers and act as the main point of contact for both suppliers and internal stakeholders
Analyze talent gaps, identify and implement sourcing partnerships, train regional and country recruiting teams on partnerships, and monitor ongoing ecosystem effectiveness in support of the Global Talent Acquisition strategy
Track program and partnership metrics, provide actionable insights, and continuously improve partnership utilization, engagement, effectiveness, and ROI
Create and maintain partnerships with business, HR, and talent acquisition leaders. Develop and manage a Talent Champion network, advocate for partnerships, communicate progress and goals, and cultivate collaboration and mentorship across teams
Qualification
Required

Strong complexity management skills; able to sort through large quantities of information to reach effective solutions
Data-driven approach; skilled at interpreting data to optimize outcomes and drive strategy
Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of organizational and market dynamics
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; able to build effective partnerships and deliver clear, tailored messaging
Effective change and conflict management skills; comfortable leading change and navigating challenges
Global and inclusive perspective; values diversity of thought and applies a global lens to all solutions
College, university, or equivalent degree required, or relevant equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience required
Demonstrated strategic supplier relationship management, including managing a comprehensive portfolio of diversity sourcing suppliers
Proven ability to lead teams, influence without authority, and build coalitions
Preferred
Prior experience with direct and indirect leadership in ambiguous, relationship-based environments highly preferred
