Responsibilities
Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
Manage and support month-end and year-end close processes
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Participate in tax audits and payroll activities
Monitor daily performance and workflow of the accounting department
Ensure financial data is accurate, organized, and maintained in compliance with company policies
Track progress toward financial and accounting goals
Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures aligned with company objectives
Qualification
Required
Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
Manage and support month-end and year-end close processes
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Participate in tax audits and payroll activities
Monitor daily performance and workflow of the accounting department

Preferred
2+ years of accounting or supervisory experience
Strong understanding of general accounting principles
Ability to work collaboratively while leading day-to-day operations
