Responsibilities
Design technology systems to generate proposals, change orders, and estimates for clients on the daily
Remotely support to technicians in the field to provide programming and installation support of products specified
Research & Development of new and existing product lines to obtain certifications for company to continue to provide or offer new
Meeting with clients both virtually and on-site to review engineering plans and/or provide system consultations
Generating a variety of supporting documentation for projects including, but not limited to wiring schematics, rack drawings, white papers, networking configurations, and more
Provide internal IT Support to further develop software systems and procedures to achieve higher levels of productivity and automation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience working in the field to install and program the systems being designed
Strong knowledge of proposal software and other tools used for quoting
Expertise in Control4 and Crestron equipment
Familiarity with daily reporting into a CRM for projects and services
Hands-on experience with network protocols
Ability to perform work from home in a quiet and uninterruptable area
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to system architecture or network configurations
