Responsibilities

Exhibit a positive and winning attitude daily, both internally and externally
Own the front end of the sales cycle, relentlessly prospecting and generating net-new business within your region
Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through cold calling, outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
Strive to exceed all sales targets, elevating the overall team performance
Demonstrate a commanding presence in person and over the phone, using proven sales methodologies to engage, influence, and close
Develop a strong product knowledge as well as an understanding of customer needs
Approach the role with a coachability mindset, applying feedback and sharpening your skills daily
Manage and prioritize sales leads and develop new accounts through networking and referrals
Uphold CRM discipline by logging all insights daily for future intelligence
Confidently introduce and position new products, opening new markets and expanding share within your territory
Maintain a strong working knowledge of the competition, industry knowledge, and trends
Travel up to 50% of the time or as needed, sustaining fiscal discipline
Perform any other duties needed to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Values

Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and new account acquisition

Team player with ability to coordinate efforts and collaborate effectively
Strong computer skills and technical knowledge
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Proven track record of sales accomplishments
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
