Sales Manager – Club & Mass Channels
Evergreen Waffles is a rapidly growing company known for its craveworthy and nutritious waffles. They are seeking a Sales Manager to own and grow their largest retail accounts, focusing on driving sales and execution across Club and Mass retailers.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow key Club & Mass retail accounts, broker teams, and distributor relationships (Target, Walmart, Costco, Sam’s, UNFI, KeHE, etc.)
Drive sales targets, velocity goals, and in-store execution across high-volume retailers
Build and execute customer-specific plans including promotions, pricing, pack architecture, and merchandising strategies
Collaborate with retailers on promotional cadence, pricing, and item optimization
Leverage syndicated data and retailer insights to monitor performance and identify opportunities
Represent Evergreen in buyer meetings, line reviews, joint business planning, and trade events
Share customer and shopper insights to inform innovation, packaging, and go-to-market strategies
Qualification
Required
5+ years of CPG sales experience with Club, Mass, or large-format retail exposure
Experience managing broker relationships and complex territories
Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
