Senior Reconciliations Accountant
CFS is currently undergoing a significant organizational transition and is seeking a Senior Reconciliations Accountant to support the merger of four entities into one cohesive operation. The role involves performing cash reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy during system transitions while working in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities
Perform daily and monthly cash reconciliations across Excel and internal systems
Investigate discrepancies and resolve variances with precision and urgency
Maintain clean, audit-ready cash and balance sheet support schedules
Manage large volumes of manual data entry and system processing
Ensure accuracy and consistency during system and process transitions
Review and validate work completed by other team members
Provide clear, professional feedback to ensure accuracy and consistency
Act as a senior-level checkpoint for critical cash and balance sheet items
Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation
Ensure reconciliations and workpapers meet audit and internal standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong cash and balance sheet reconciliation background
Advanced Excel skills, including regular use of functions to manipulate and reconcile large datasets
Experience reviewing and checking the work of others
Exceptionally detail-oriented and precise
Comfortable working in a highly manual, high-volume environment
Able to stay focused, professional, and accountable during constant change
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative, easy-going, and team-oriented attitude
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
