Responsibilities
Lead global accounting operations across several countries
Drive automation, standardization, and system integrations
Oversee month-end close, technical accounting, and internal controls
Lead, coach, and develop a global team of 120+ across multiple locations
Support the CFO on strategic initiatives and operational projects
Partner with shared services and global operational leaders to streamline processes
Qualification
Required
15+ years of finance/accounting experience
Global leadership experience, including leading teams in multiple countries
Proven experience driving large-scale process and operational transformation
Senior leadership experience managing large teams and managers
Big 4 or Top 10/15 public accounting foundation
