Facilities Asset Specialist
Tesla is seeking an experienced Facilities Asset Specialist to support their Gigafactory Texas infrastructure. The role involves managing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), optimizing its features, and collaborating with various disciplines to enhance CMMS integration.

Responsibilities
Generate & modify asset preventative maintenance procedures and their frequency
Manage asset elements, including hierarchy, criticality, and category
Continually optimize CMMS features in partnership with the software development team
Perform CMMS assistance as need arises (e.g. troubleshooting, user management, etc.)
Collaborate with various disciplines to deliver innovative solutions for enhanced CMMS integration
Champion maintenance best practices in all aspects of CMMS administration
Efficiently handle multiple queues/workflows for CMMS stakeholder input
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant industry experience
High proficiency with CMMS software & data entry (e.g. SAP, EAM, Maximo, Fiix, eMaint)
Strong knowledge of maintenance work processes & equipment strategy
Proven experience in CMMS administration, ideally in a facilities or similar industrial setting
Strong collaboration & interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to positively influence others at all levels
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Well-rounded background in mechanical, electrical, & instrumentation assets
