Provide front-line support for SAP finance and accounting systems
Respond to tickets, emails, and in-person support requests
Assist with system enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations
Create and maintain user documentation and training materials for business users
Participate in testing, including automated test scripts
Qualification
Required
Some exposure to SAP Finance (FICO), with the ability to build on existing knowledge in a production environment
Interest in Finance, Accounting, and business systems
