They are seeking a Senior HR Leadership Development Program Manager responsible for designing and delivering leadership development programs that strengthen the leadership pipeline and align talent development with the organization's strategy.

Responsibilities

Design and curate leadership and management development curricula aligned with organizational needs

Launch and facilitate impactful in-person and virtual programs for high-potential and emerging leaders

Partner with leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to assess needs and shape content

Manage the full life cycle of leadership programs, including evaluation and continuous improvement

Measure program impact and ROI using data and evaluation tools

Stay current on leadership development trends and best practices

Coach and support emerging and high-potential leaders to build readiness for future roles

Support leadership pipeline and succession planning efforts

Manage external vendors and program budgets

Promote leadership programs and communicate clearly across the organization
