Responsibilities

Lead customer projects in the e-mobility sector across the Americas, including OEMs and Tier suppliers

Define project scope, orchestrate cross-functional resources, and deliver optimal packaging solutions and services on time and on budget

Translate Nefab’s Americas e-mobility initiative strategy into executable programs supporting serial production, export, and aftermarket flows

Contribute to Nefab’s growth by ensuring customer value creation through cost efficiency, risk mitigation, automation readiness, ergonomics, and sustainability performance, including CO₂ savings

Collaborate across functions and geographies, engaging internal experts to ensure project governance, execution excellence, and customer satisfaction

Required

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or similar

Proven project management experience within automotive, e-mobility, packaging, or manufacturing environments

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications

Strong financial acumen with experience building business cases and evaluating cost scenarios

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex projects

Proficiency in MS Project (or equivalent), Excel, and PowerPoint

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

English – Advanced/Fluent

Willingness to travel up to approximately 35–40%

Comfortable working in office and plant environments and adhering to PPE and ISO 9001/14001 requirements

Preferred

PMP certification is a plus

Knowledge of EV components and UN/Dangerous Goods packaging standards is a strong advantage

Language proficiency: Korean – Native fluency
