Client Care Manager (Full-Time Temporary)

All Ways Caring HomeCare is a provider of quality, compassionate, and individualized care and support. The Client Care Manager is responsible for overseeing quality care delivery, customer service, employee performance, and overall client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Oversee quality care and overall client satisfaction
Supervise and provide guidance to the Caregivers who provide direct care to the clients served
Manage employee scheduling, identify problem situations, and implement proactive solutions
Maintain strong and positive relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clients
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
Conduct periodic home visits and safety checks

Qualification

Required

Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Effective verbal and written communication
Excellent customer service skills

Preferred

Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Nursing, Social Services, or related field of study preferred (per regulatory requirements)
