Responsibilities

Administers the financial and personnel resources of the College of Agriculture (COA)
Coordinates, analyzes, and reports on several University Foundation budgets
Works closely with the Dean, Associate Dean, Program Coordinator, and Farm Administrator
Aligns resources with the College’s strategic and operational goals
Ensures compliance with Federal, State, System, and institutional policies and procedures for fiscal and personnel actions
Takes initiative, works independently, and is accountable for work results in planning, organizing, analyzing, and reporting
Collaborates with managers and staff in various divisions to advance the interests of the College

Required

Bachelor's degree and/or full-time equivalent training
Three years of administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices or programs

In-depth experience working in a college or academic administrative unit
Advanced Excel or data analysis skills used for budget tracking, forecasting, or reporting
Experience supporting senior leadership or complex organizational units
