Insurance Customer Service Representative - MH

Responsibilities
Servicing & Renewals
Shop renewal quotes with assigned carriers
Prepare Accord & supplemental applications
Use online raters to generate quote options
Compile and present quotes to producers
Complete applications and submit supporting documents
Send emails regarding audits, inspections, and endorsements
Chase required info, signatures, or missing documents
Data Entry & System Management (Momentum AMS)
Input policy data with accuracy and speed
Process renewals and updates within Momentum
Maintain clean, organized records and documentation
Policy & Document Administration
Send DocuSign forms
Track missing documents and follow-ups
Process change requests (adding vehicles, drivers, equipment, endorsements)
Communicate with carriers to obtain quotes for updates
Client-Facing & Phone Support
Answer calls when producers are unavailable
Gather details for new-quote requests and begin quoting
Act as a friendly, professional first point of contact
Pipeline & Follow-Up Management
Monitor the pipeline inside Momentum to ensure no missed leads
Follow up with clients missing documents or lines of business
Re-engage previously quoted clients who didn’t buy
Manage existing business follow-ups, especially for renewals
Prospecting During Downtime
Call lists provided by producers
Follow scripts to qualify leads
Post on social media when assigned
Re-engage past leads and prospects
Nice-to-Have Extras
Light social media assistance
Help with simple admin or operational projects
Qualification
Required
Commercial insurance background—non-negotiable and essential
Strong English communication skills (phone + written)
High attention to detail & accuracy
Ability to adapt quickly to new systems (Momentum)
Fast worker with strong follow-through
Integrity, honesty, and open communication
Willingly accepts direction & coaching
Comfortable with phone interaction and prospecting
Preferred
Experience with Momentum (formerly Nowerts) or any commercial insurance platform (AMS)
Social media posting / light marketing experience
