This senior leadership role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team

Partner with Business Unit leaders on escalated employee relations, performance management, and compliance matters

Oversee employee relations investigations and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

Manage benefits, wellness, and core HR operations for a multi-state workforce

Guide leaders on performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations

Drive HR process improvement, reporting, and enterprise initiatives
