They are seeking motivated undergraduate students for their Summer Internship Program, where interns will support client projects and learn the fundamentals of management consulting while gaining hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

Assist with project tasks such as research, data collection, and meeting preparation

Support the development of project plans, communications, and deliverables as directed by senior team members

Help document processes, requirements, and meeting notes

Participate in team meetings and client discussions as appropriate

Contribute to the preparation of presentations, reports, and other project materials

Engage with team members to gather feedback and develop consulting skills

Leverage Firm-wide resources and knowledge capital to support project work

Participate in internal initiatives, training sessions, and industry discussions

Demonstrate professionalism and a willingness to learn in all interactions

Required

Basic knowledge of productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Availability to work full-time during the summer internship period

Ability to work in a hybrid environment in the Seattle area

Preferred

Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program (business, economics, engineering, or related field preferred) with a minimum of 2 years completed by Summer 2026

Relevant coursework or extracurricular activities are a plus
