Robotic Field Service Engineer
FANUC America Corporation is a leader in robotics and automation solutions, and they are seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer. The Engineer will provide onsite repair, troubleshooting, programming, and maintenance services for FANUC robots and related equipment, while also coordinating activities at the service center and providing hotline support.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain FANUC Robots and controllers, electrical control devices, and peripheral equipment
Discuss, diagnose, document, and repair robot operational and process problems as reported by the customer or internal service hotline
Provide daily reports to the Service Supervisor to update status and availability
Complete and provide a Field Service report for each assignment to the customer and FANUC Headquarters
Willingness to travel on a scheduled or moment’s notice, on average 3-4 nights weekly to customer sites
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED required
Ability to obtain a valid driver's license
Mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting experience
Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic prints and related technical documentation
Preferred
Associate's degree in a related technical field, or equivalent technical education, or relevant experience
Minimum of three years of experience working in robotics, automation, or manufacturing environment
Knowledge of FANUC robots, controllers, and peripheral equipment
Experience with FANUC application software and programming
