Excel in going from 0 to 1 to iterating — you readily help define and scope what needs to be done, and steadily move towards getting your designs into the hands of our doctors, physicians, assistants, admins, and medical practice owners

Dig beneath the pixels — in addition to remarkable design execution, you’re able to unearth, understand, and design for the complex workflows and habits of healthcare professionals and patients

Bias towards action — you communicate with clarity and drive progress through your designs, to help your team take the next action or make the next decision
