Responsibilities

Own and drive vendors through the full Vendor Management lifecycle, from intake through final approval

Ensure vendors meet all VM requirements, including legal, privacy, InfoSec, and risk reviews

Coordinate and liaise across multiple approval teams to keep vendors moving forward

Track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure vendors complete all required review cycles

Apply different approval paths depending on vendor type: Vendors with AI-enabled features must go through an AI review, requiring close coordination with the AI governance team

Ensure vendors are properly onboarded and compliant before engagement
