Regional Sales Manager

Bronco Wine Co. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence within a designated geographic region across the United States. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and expand customer base
Manage and support distributor sales channels to optimize product availability and market penetration
Oversee sales territory management, ensuring balanced coverage and efficient resource allocation
Build and maintain strong relationships with national accounts and key customers to drive long-term partnerships
Monitor sales volume and performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns and product launches
Coach, mentor, and lead the regional sales team to enhance their skills and performance
Identify emerging market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies proactively

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred
