Mid LevelPlanIT Group, LLC is seeking a FPGA Design / Verification Engineer responsible for FPGA development on R&D programs. The role involves developing and integrating high speed digital designs and collaborating across disciplines to create advanced products for space missions.

Responsibilities
Responsible for FPGA development on R&D program
Developing, testing, and integrating high speed digital design
Cross discipline collaboration with Test, Integration, Software, Systems Architects and Digital Circuit designers
Contribute to design, simulation, verification, integration & test of complex, high speed products
Help develop more affordable ways to automate and develop scripts to improve FPGA development efforts on ground test equipment for space missions
Qualification
Required
Experience in developing, testing, and integrating high speed digital design
Experience in high speed communication and system-on-chip (SOC) implemented on FPGA platforms
Experience with Xilinx Ultrascale FPGA platforms
Experience with Xilinx Vivado tool suite required
Must be fluent in VHDL language
Additional knowledge of Verilog/SystemVerilog a plus
Cross discipline collaboration with Test, Integration, Software, Systems Architects and Digital Circuit designers
Overall contribution to design, simulation, verification, integration & test of complex, high speed products
Preferred
Candidate with Spacewire knowledge/experience preferred
Experience with Python also desirable
