Responsibilities

Lead and guide projects through investigation, design, and construction, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule goals are met
Collaborate with project teams to solve problems, share expertise, and drive thoughtful decision-making
Mentor and support younger staff through field work, technical guidance, and review of deliverables—helping them grow while strengthening project outcomes
Apply technical expertise to building envelope systems including glazing, curtain walls, roofing, waterproofing, cladding, and insulation
Build trusted client relationships by communicating clearly, managing expectations, and delivering excellent service

Required

A strong background in building envelope consulting, investigation, design, and commissioning
Experience leading and managing complex projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and guiding work through completion
The ability to translate technical findings into clear recommendations and solutions
A collaborative mindset and desire to share knowledge with others
A degree in civil engineering, architectural engineering, or a related field

Preferred

Professional licensure or certifications (PE, RA, IIBEC) are a plus
