Sales & Marketing - Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Proactively source and secure group, corporate, and leisure business to meet or exceed sales goals
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through site tours, follow-up, and personalized outreach
Prepare proposals, contracts, and event orders in alignment with brand standards
Collaborate with Revenue Management and Operations teams to ensure smooth handoff and service delivery
Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and client functions
Maintain accurate records in the sales system and track progress toward individual and team goals
Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in hotel sales
Passionate about hospitality, service, and creating lasting guest and client impressions
Confident in presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with professionalism and care
Organized, strategic, and motivated by measurable goals
A team player who works well across departments to ensure smooth service execution
Flexible and responsive—available for occasional evenings, weekends, or travel as needed
Experienced with sales systems and reporting tools
Strong communication skills in person and in writing
