Quantitative Systems is a litigation group with national reach and cross-border depth, seeking a mid-level attorney with a strong federal court foundation. The role involves handling complex, high-exposure litigation for global businesses and major insurers, with a focus on federal court matters, case strategy, and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities
Federal court matters, including motion practice and hearings
Discovery, depositions, and witness preparation
Case strategy and trial preparation
Direct communication with clients, co-counsel, and carriers
Mentoring junior team members and contributing to growth
Qualification
Required
Admitted—or eligible to waive in—to at least one of the following jurisdictions: California, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Washington, or Remote (U.S.)
2–6 years of federal litigation experience
A strong U.S. District Court docket history
Clear, strategic writing on motions and pleadings
Practical deposition and hearing experience
Strong case management and client-facing skills
Preferred
Privacy or data breach litigation
Working with insurers or forensic teams
Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, NYDFS, FTC, or other regulatory frameworks
Incident response or tabletop preparedness
