They are seeking a Recruiter I to support full cycle recruiting for hourly and entry-level roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to enhance the candidate experience and meet recruiting KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for S1–S5 roles

Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role needs and timelines

Manage job postings through the ATS and external job boards

Schedule and coordinate interviews, debriefs, and hiring meetings

Maintain accurate requisition and candidate records in the ATS

Support hiring managers with pipeline updates, offer coordination, and compensation guidance

Oversee temporary-to-hire conversions and onboarding coordination

Conduct 30-day new hire check-ins to support early retention

Track and support recruiting KPIs including time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates

Maintain recruiting documentation in compliance with ISO 9001 standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, staffing coordination, or customer service

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); manufacturing recruiting exposure is a plus

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Knowledge of hiring compliance and best practices
