Responsibilities

Assist the sales team with organizing proposal materials and tracking deadlines

Help maintain proposal templates and update client-facing documents

Conduct basic research on Border States services, proposal offerings, clients, competitors and industry trends

Compile data to support proposal strategies and presentations

Coordinate with team members to gather information for proposals

Draft simple summaries and client-ready content under guidance

Gain exposure to proposal management tools

Shadow experienced coordinators to understand end-to-end proposal processes

Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or other designate
