Branch Sales Manager
Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is one of the largest and most successful suppliers of industrial compressed air systems in the US. They are looking for a dynamic leader to be their Sales Manager, responsible for increasing market share and developing strong Territory Managers through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities
Utilize the 360 Selling Model to develop strong Territory Managers
Execute growth plans to increase Kaeser market share in assigned branch territory
Create sales opportunities by systematically applying compressed air design principles
Execute national sales strategies to achieve consistent growth in sales revenue
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma (required), College degree (preferred)
5 years of sales experience in capital equipment sales, minimum of 10 years of directly related experience
The ability to develop new business while increasing existing business
Exhibit strong leadership skills while motivating and providing mentorship to sales, service, and office staff
Clean driving record (required)
Computer skills (required)
Preferred
Previous experience in sales management and/or industrial sales is preferred
SAP experience A PLUS!
