Responsibilities

Provide presales technical/functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision
Act as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants
Develop and deliver high-quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations
Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction, and overall Oracle solutions
Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products
Develop and manage reference sites through high-quality technical, professional client relationships
Design, implement, and manage solutions using: Oracle 23 /26ai AI on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) - e.g. Generative and Agentic AI with LLMs, RAG, Vector Search, Python, AI Data Platform (AIDP), Hybrid-Multicloud (DB@CSP - e.g. DB@Azure, DB@AWS and DB@GCP), Cloud-adjacent and Colo solutions and Fusion SaaS /ERP
Provide technical expertise and support for Oracle Cloud and Engineered Systems services
Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and high availability of cloud services
Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Oracle Cloud technologies

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
