Senior Unity Full Stack Developer

Autonodyne LLC is a Boston-based software company focused on providing additive autonomy to unmanned vehicles across various domains. They are seeking a Senior Unity Full Stack Developer who will be responsible for developing and optimizing Unity/C# code, collaborating with teams to bring designs to life, and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities

Develop Unity/C# code, test code, fix bugs, profile, and optimize code to meet deliverable requirements
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and subject matter experts to make designs a reality
Write clean, modular, and maintainable frontend and backend code with a focus on scalability, flexibility, and performance
Understanding of networking and real-time communication
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
The ability to accomplish goals independently as well as drive a team towards end products
Provide meaningful technical recommendations and engage in technical decision-making alongside team of senior engineers
Communicate and collaborate externally with vendors, customers, and/or integration partners
Support flight test, as required

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science/ programming or related field
5+ years of experience in a Full Stack Software Engineering or Unity Game Developer role
Ability to quickly grasp and communicate technical subjects clearly and concisely
Experienced leader who supports individual growth and a mentor to less experienced team members
US Citizenship required
Ability to obtain and maintain an Active DoD Secret Clearance
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Understanding of networking and real-time communication
