Responsibilities
Perform mowing duties with attention to quality and safety
Perform mandatory daily tailgate inspections (oil, coolant, tires, hydraulic lines)
Communicate to Crew Lead any safety incidents, near misses, and equipment damage regardless of cause
Alert the Crew Lead of ground hazards (washouts, mud etc.)
Maintain awareness and take precautions to protect against potential hazards including weather, heat and other environmental conditions
Qualification
Required
Must be able to read and interpret written and verbal instructions in English (some accommodations can be made to support non-native English speakers)
2+ years of experience in a related field
Must be able to work well on a team of other operators with a positive attitude
Must have the endurance to perform duties over a long period of time in variable weather conditions
