HR Business Partner

Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters
Assist in developing, communicating, and executing comprehensive strategies to manage labor relations within your operations stakeholder group
Investigating and resolving employee relations issues within your operations stakeholder group
Support and consult on the talent acquisition process, supporting hiring managers and the talent acquisition group to fill open positions within your stakeholder group
Support and execute talent management efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and goals
Assist in implementing and monitoring metrics to track progress and drive accountability for achieving HR goals
Work with a team of HR business partners, working collaboratively to achieve organizational goals
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support HR initiatives and organizational objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
5 + years' experience working in a HR Business Partner capacity in manufacturing setting or similar environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Preferred
3+ years' experience in supporting labor relations within a manufacturing environment
Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
