Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment such as fork lifts, stakebeds, water trucks, dump trucks, front end loaders, skid steers etc
Direct the crew in how to safely perform their job
Work with a fence vendor to mark out fence lines
Manage inventory for loading and unloading of trucks
Work with heavy equipment vendors to report maintenance for equipment
Hang signs around the festival perimeter to direct headliners to where they need to go
Direct the signage crew
Understand where and why signs are being placed
Manage the shuttle staff break times
Check in bus drivers
Ensure buses are running smoothly
Troubleshoot any issues as they arrive
Qualification
Required
Must have clean motor vehicle report
Must have a Valid Driver's License
Must be 18 or older
Must be able to walk long distances for long periods of time, constantly moving and on feet
Must be able to lift 50+lbs
Clean and presentable attire (show blacks)
Must be motivated with an 'Everything is possible' attitude
Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small
Heavy Equipment certified
OSHA cert
