They are seeking a Group Director of Business Development who will be responsible for leading the Community Relations Department, developing marketing strategies, and networking within the community.

Responsibilities

The activities of and providing leadership and direction to the Community Relations Staff

The development, implementation and evaluation of the Hospital's marketing strategy

Interacting with all departments to coordinate participation in the Community Relations Program and maintaining knowledge of Hospital programs and operations

Networking with the community

Developing and maintaining Community Relations policies and procedures

Required

Master's Degree in a clinical or related field strongly preferred

Bachelor's degree required

Proven track record in business development/community relations with 5 - 10 years senior level leadership experience within a large organization, preferably including inpatient and outpatient behavioral health and substance abuse

Clinical or administrative experience in psychiatric/hospital setting preferred

Clinical licensure (LCSW/LCPC/LSW/LCP) strongly preferred

Must have valid drivers license and proof of insurance

Extensive understanding of marketing concepts and data analytics

Knowledge of behavioral health and treatments

Strong account development and management skills

Strong leadership and team building ability

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Good organizational skills
