Senior Partner Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Design and execute partner technology, sales, and GTM programs; including partner rewards, co-sell competencies, and engagement process
Build and maintain executive relationships with Sellers and supporting resell, GSI or consulting firms
Negotiate partnership agreements including technical collaboration terms, resale structures, and go-to-market frameworks
Own the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach through enablement, activation, and ongoing expansion
Collaborate with Sellers and consulting partners to identify and qualify enterprise opportunities where 4Minds can drive client value
Support joint business development activities including client workshops, proofs-of-concept, and strategic account planning
Track partnership pipeline, forecast partner-sourced revenue, and report on key performance metrics
Develop partner enablement programs that help consulting teams understand 4Minds's differentiated technology—continuous learning, knowledge graphs, and our advantages over conventional RAG systems
Develop technical training and certification development in partnership with our engineering and product teams
Facilitate knowledge transfer between 4Minds technical teams and partner practices
Design joint marketing initiatives, thought leadership content, and industry event strategies with consulting partners
Develop compelling case studies and success stories that demonstrate the value of 4Minds-partner joint solutions
Represent 4Minds at partner events, client engagements, and industry conferences
Ensure partner feedback influences our product roadmap and go-to-market approach

Required

6+ years in partnership sales, strategic alliances, partnership management, or business development within enterprise technology companies
Proven track record building Seller and partner sales relationship
Experience driving measurable revenue through indirect channels and partner ecosystems
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, complex deal structures, and multi-stakeholder decision processes
Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and willing to constantly learn
Exceptional executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders across complex organizations and run MBRs, QBRs, and Annual Reviews

Preferred

Experience in AI/ML, large language models, or enterprise AI application ecosystems
Previously built a partner program from scratch or took one from early stage to scale
Experience working with cloud partners (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) in conjunction with consulting partners
Existing network of relationships within the consulting community you can activate
Track record thriving in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments where you're building the playbook as you go
Hands-on approach and comfort with tactical execution alongside strategic planning
Ability to balance quick wins with longer-term strategic partnership development
Experience with financial modeling, business planning, and partnership performance measurement
